Great design, but poor quality

When it worked, this product was great. But I went through 3 of them. All worked about 3 uses and then stopped working. Not worth the hassle of returning them over and over again. Domestify was good about returns and customer service.

Comfy Relief

Dealing with severe arthritis in my neck and right shoulder for many years, finding this specialized heating pad was a wonderful relief for me. The covering, softness and "wrap-ability" make it perfect for my needs! Six heat settings make it wonderfully flexible! I use it several times a week and enjoy the relief it provides!

Nice Heating pad

I really like it so far. 2 improvement ideas, make it longer and move the plug on the pad to one of the front flaps so you can leave it on when you have to get up.

Warm and Cozy Wrap

My dad loves this as it keeps him warm as well as comfortable! We surprised him with it for his birthday as he always complains of his neck and back being sore and chilly. What a wonderful way to treat his issues! Thank you!
