How does this work? You plant them in the bag and leave them?
Here are some quick instructions for planting and growing potatoes in the Grow Bags:
Pick the site: Plant potatoes when the danger of frost has passed. Select the sunniest site possible. All-day sun is best, but as little as 6 to 8 hours will do. make sure to water the Potato Grow Bags regularly, especially if rainfall is insufficient. Plant the bag: Fill the bag with moistened soil mix until it's about 4″ deep. Use seed potatoes and cut into five 2-ounce chunks. If your seed potatoes are small, you can plant them whole. Please them on the soil surface, and space them evenly. Cover with 3" of foil.
Once the plants are about 8" in height, add more soil and water thoroughly. Once the plants grow, keep adding soil and repeat until the bag is full. Your plant will flower and grow through the summer. Once the leaves start to yellow the potatoes will be ready to harvest.
