    QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

    Ask a Question
    • Would I be able to cook frozen uncoated fish on the tray, if would it be at the same temp as the package calls for?

Yes absolutely!  You can use the same recipe temperatures for your favorite meals but using little or no butter/oil.

    • how do I make southern fried chicken with the gotham steel crisper tray?

You can use any of your favorite chicken recipes with this tray.  Here is one of our favorites:

Preheat oven to 400°F Wash chicken thoroughly and lay on paper towels and pat dry. Melt butter in a medium sized dish. Place Ritz cracker crumbs in a large bowl. Mix all seasonings together in a small bowl. Dip chicken pieces in the butter then immediately into the cracker crumbs. Place chicken in the tray.  When all chicken is in the pan, sprinkle chicken evenly with seasoning mix. Bake in a 400°F oven for approx 35 to 45 minute or until chicken is completely cooked.

    • how long do you cook hamburger patties and at what temperature?

You can bake them the same way you would with any baking sheet.  We recommend baking at 350°F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink. but this can vary depending on the thickness of your burgers.

    • It is a 2 piece set, right?

Yes, it comes with a crisper and a tray.
