Shipping Policy

 

We offer standard shipping on U.S. orders when shipping to the lower 48 states. At this time we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FTP/DPO and International orders. 

Most orders ship within 3 business days for in-stock merchandise only.   

Standard Delivery - Please allow approximately 3-9 business days for final delivery upon shipment notification of your order.   You will receive an automatic notification email once your order has shipped for your convenience.  

Our standard shipping method is Fedex Smartpost, however depending on the product, we may ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.  For this reason, we do not ship to PO Boxes on non-Smartpost or USPS shipments.

Free Returns - If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your receipt of purchase, we promise a full merchandise refund, credit or exchange, and we'll pay for the shipping back!  Returns are processed within 2 business days once the item is received and inspected.  Just contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@domestify.com or call 1(800) 604-2551 to start your return.  It's quick and easy!
