Most orders ship within 1- 3 business days for in-stock merchandise only. Please allow approximately 2-9 business days for final shipping delivery upon shipment notification of your order.

We offer standard shipping every day on U.S. orders when shipping to the lower 48 states. This excludes shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders. Some of our products come directly from our manufacturers' domestic warehouses. Shipping methods can be via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We cannot take requests to make changes to shipping carriers.
If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your receipt of purchase, we promise a merchandise refund (minus shipping costs), credit or exchange, and we'll pay for the shipping back! Returns are processed within 2 business days once the item is received and inspected.

CAN I SEND MY PARCEL TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY HOME ADDRESS?
Yes. Just put your chosen address details in the 'Shipping Address' section as you checkout.
CAN I HAVE DIFFERENT ITEMS FROM THE SAME ORDER DELIVERED TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
We can only have them sent to one address. However, you can always place multiple orders, each with a different delivery address.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
Our orders ship from multiple locations within the United States. We do not ship from outside the USA.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I'VE BOUGHT?
Please click on our return portal here to request a free shipping label.
You can also call us at 1(800) 604-2551 for a return/exchange request. Return shipping labels purchased in lieu of using a Domestify supplied return label are not eligible for reimbursement.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?
As long as you are returning during the 30-day Return Policy time period, we will pay for return shipping, the label will be sent to you prepaid. For exchanges, you will be required to pay the difference for the product exchanged (if there is a balance due) plus exchange shipping charges.

Our level one Customer Service phone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to place orders and answer product questions. Our level two Customer Service team is available Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm Central Time, and 9am-5pm on Weekends.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM THE WEBSITE TO A STORE?
We do not have any stores, Domestify is an online retailer.
