Return Policy

 

ORDER RISK-FREE WITH FREE RETURNS!

Free Returns - We are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your receipt of purchase, we promise a merchandise refund (minus shipping costs), credit or exchange, and we'll pay for the shipping back!  Just contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@domestify.com or call 1(800) 604-2551 to request your return.  It's quick and easy! 

If you need to return or exchange an item, you can use one of the following options:

1). Send us an email at customerservice@domestify.com with your order number and name on the order.

2). Call 1(800) 604-2551 to request a return form and free shipping label.

Returns shipping is only valid within the contiguous US only.

Refunds/Exchanges 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.  Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.   In instances of exchange, you will receive a new confirmation for exchange shipment.  Returns will be refused for items not returned in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received your expected refund, first check your original payment method as it may take 10 days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@domestify.com with your order number.

Gifts

Gifts can be returned when presenting a gift receipt as proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt.
