We are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, we promise a full merchandise refund, credit or exchange. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Book with obvious signs of use.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, you can use one of the following options:

2). Call 1(800) 604-2551 to request a return form and free shipping label.
In instances of an exchange, delivery date of the new item will vary depending on where you live and availability of the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In instances of exchange, you will receive a new confirmation for exchange shipment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your expected refund, first check your original payment method as it may take 10 days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number.
Gifts can be returned when presenting a gift receipt as proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
