Unfortunately, packages can become lost, items get damaged in shipment, and "porch pirates"....well, they steal things. That is why we offer optional domestify Shipment Protection.
We offer "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you is only around 2% of the cart value* to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen.
Lost Package Policy
- Order issues for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") in US Domestic must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
- Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. At our discretion, we may require a police report if your lost package is marked as delivered. On orders over $100, we require evidence of the police report. Damaged packages will fall into our normal return policy guidelines.
- If the customer input the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address, we consider this as stolen and we will replace the order on behalf of the customer.
- Domestify Shipping Protection is non-refundable once the order has been delivered.
*Cart value of 2% or $.98, whichever is larger.
