Do I have to create an account to place an order?

If you'd prefer not to create an account you can easily checkout as a guest customer. Creating an account will allow you to be able to track your order quickly and have your order history saved easily by using your email address.  

What happens if I have forgotten my password?

You can request your password to be reset by entering your email address on the Reset your Password page and we'll send you a link in order to reset it.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Shop Pay Installments.

Do you offer payment installments?

Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments to pay in installments. The minimum on an order to use this is just $50.

How do I track my order?

If you've created an account you can track your order and view older orders online by logging in at the top right of any of our web pages.  If you have your order number, you can also track your order on our home page where it says "Track My Order" on our home page menu.

Can I change my order once I have placed it?

As soon as we receive your order, we send it to one of our multiple third-party warehouses, so changes cannot be made after an order has shipped. If you do need to make a change please contact us and we'll try our best to make changes depending on what your order status is in the shipping process.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do! You can purchase them online here.

 I've got a gift card/merchandise credit/promo code. How do I redeem it?

If you have a gift card or merchandise credit or promo code, just enter the code into the "Discount" box in your basket and click "Apply". The value will automatically be deducted from your order.

Where can you ship to?

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States.  We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii or APO addresses at this time.  For more information, please view our Shipping Policy 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you are and the product you have chosen, for more information please see our Shipping Policy for more information here.  Our products ship directly from the manufacturer, most ship approximately within 1-3 business days unless back-ordered.  All merchandise is in stock unless marked back ordered on the product page.

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes. Just put your chosen address details in the 'Shipping Address' section as you checkout.

What is Delivery Protection?

Can I have different items sent to multiple shipping addresses from one order?

We can only have them sent to one address. However, you can always place multiple orders, each with a different delivery address.

How do I return an item?

Please use our return portal for the fastest processing by entering your information on this page: If you do not have the order information, please send us an email at to request a return/exchange.  You can also call us at 1(800) 604-2551 for a return/exchange request. 

Do I have to pay for returns?

As long as you are returning during the 30-day Return Policy time period, we will pay for return shipping, the label will be sent to you prepaid.  

Can I return any products to a store?

We do not have any stores, Domestify is an online retailer.
