DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

If you'd prefer not to create an account you can easily checkout as a guest customer.  

Creating an account will allow you to be able to track your order quickly and have your order history saved easily by using your email address.  

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

You can request your password to be reset by entering your email address on the Reset your Password page and we'll send you a link in order to reset it.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept the following payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you've created an account you can track your Domestify.com order and view older orders online by logging in at the top right of any of our web pages.

If you have your order number, you can also track your order on our home page where it says "Track My Order" on our home page menu.

CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?

As soon as we receive your order, we send it to one of our multiple third-party warehouses, so changes cannot be made after an order has shipped. If you do need to make a change please contact us and we'll try our best to make changes depending on what your order status is in the shipping process.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

We do! You can purchase them online here.

I'VE GOT A GIFT CARD / MERCHANDISE CREDIT - HOW DO I REDEEM IT?

If you have a gift card or merchandise credit, just enter the code into the "Discount" box in your basket and click "Apply". The value will automatically be deducted from your order.

I'VE GOT A PROMO CODE - HOW DO I REDEEM IT?

If you have a promo code, enter the code into the "Discount" box on the final checkout page, and click "Apply". The value of the promo code will automatically be deducted from the relevant product/your order.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP TO?

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States.  We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii or APO addresses at this time.  For more information, please view our Shipping Policy here.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

It depends on where you are and the product you have chosen - for more information please see our Shipping Policy for more information here.  Our products ship directly from the manufacturer, most ship approximately within 1-3 business days unless back-ordered.  All merchandise is in stock unless marked back ordered on the product page.

CAN I SEND MY PARCEL TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY HOME ADDRESS?

Yes - just put your chosen address details in the 'Shipping Address' section as you checkout.

CAN I HAVE DIFFERENT ITEMS FROM THE SAME ORDER DELIVERED TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?

We can only have them sent to one address. However, you can always place multiple orders, each with a different delivery address.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I'VE BOUGHT?

Please send us an email at customerservice@domestify.com with your name and order number to request a return/exchange.  You can also call us at 1(800) 604-2551 for a return/exchange request. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?

As long as you are returning during the 30 day Return Policy time period, we will pay for return shipping, the label will be sent to you prepaid.  

WHAT ARE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS HOURS?

Our level one Customer Service phone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to place orders and answer product questions.  Our level two Customer Service team is available Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm Central Time, and 9am-5pm on Weekends.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM THE WEBSITE TO A STORE?

We do not have any stores, Domestify is an online retailer.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE AT WWW.DOMESTIFY.COM?

Yes. We've been using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method since our website went live in 2015 and we are powered by one of the most secure web shopping platforms in the world. We do recommend though that you use the latest version of your browser as some older versions may experience an error when viewing certain parts of our site. IF I REGISTER WITH YOU HOW WILL I KNOW MY DETAILS ARE SECURE AND THAT YOU WON'T PASS THEM ONTO OTHER COMPANIES?
