WHAT HAPPENS IF I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you've created an account you can track your Domestify.com order and view older orders online by logging in at the top right of any of our web pages.
If you haven't created an account you won't be able to track your orders through the website so please contact us via email or phone for more information about your order.
CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?
As soon as we receive your order, we send it to one of our multiple third-party warehouses, so changes cannot be made after an order has shipped. If you do need to make a change please contact us and we'll try to make changes depending on what your order status is in the shipping process.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

I'VE GOT A GIFT CARD - HOW DO I REDEEM IT?
If you have a gift card, enter the code into the "Discount" box in your basket and click "Apply". The value of the gift card will automatically be deducted from your order.
I'VE GOT A PROMO CODE - HOW DO I REDEEM IT?
If you have a promo code, enter the code into the "Discount" box on the final checkout page, and click "Apply". The value of the promo code will automatically be deducted from the relevant product/your order.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?
We always offer FREE delivery and FREE returns within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii or APO addresses at this time. For more information, please view our Shipping Policy here.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
It depends on where you are and the product you have chosen - for more information please see our Shipping Policy for more information here. Our products ship directly from the manufacturer, most ship approximately within 1-3 business days unless back-ordered.
CAN I SEND MY PARCEL TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY HOME ADDRESS?
Yes - just put your chosen address details in the 'Shipping Address' section as you checkout.
CAN I HAVE DIFFERENT ITEMS FROM THE SAME ORDER DELIVERED TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
No, you can only have them sent to one address. However, you can always place multiple orders, each with a different delivery address.
DOES DOMESTIFY ACCEPT AND DELIVER ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE US?
At this time we are only accepting orders within the Continental US.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I'VE BOUGHT?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number to receive a return form and shipping label. You can also call us at 1(800) 604-2551 for a return form request during normal business hours.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?
No, we will pay for return shipping, the label will be sent to you prepaid.

We do not have any stores, Domestify is an online retailer.
